Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before buying or using ‘The Roadmap’ with Master Resell Rights product. By purchasing or using this product, you, the Licensee, confirm that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Product License:

Grant of License: Revenue Remastered ("Licensor") grants the purchaser ("Licensee") a non-exclusive license to resell ‘The Roadmap’ to others with master resell rights. You may sell the product as many times as you wish and keep 100% of the profits.

Scope of Use: The Licensee is authorized to use ‘The Roadmap’ for personal or business purposes. The license is not transferable, and the Licensee may not sublicense, resell, or distribute the Product without the express written consent of the Licensor.

Limitations:

Prohibited Uses: The Licensee agrees not to reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works based on the Product. Any unauthorized use of the Product for illegal or prohibited purposes is strictly prohibited.

Warranties:

Product Warranty: The Product is provided "as is" without any warranty. The Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement.

Accuracy of Information: While efforts are made to ensure accuracy, the Licensor does not guarantee that the Product is error-free or that defects will be corrected.

Intellectual Property:

Ownership: The Licensor retains all intellectual property rights in the Product. No title or ownership rights are transferred to the Licensee.

Use of Trademarks: The Licensee agrees not to use any trademarks or trade names of the Licensor without prior written consent.

Termination:

Termination by Licensor: The Licensor reserves the right to terminate the license if the Licensee breaches any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, the Licensee must cease all use of the Product.

Refunds:

Due to this product containing downloadable content, no refunds will be granted for any reason. All sales of ‘The Roadmap’ are final.

Liability:

Limitation of Liability: The Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the Product.

Governing Law:

This agreement is governed by the laws of Florida. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this agreement shall be resolved in the competent courts of Florida.

Cap: The purchaser agrees that their maximum litigation claim shall be no more than what they spent purchasing ‘The Roadmap’.

Legal Fees: The parties agree to pay their own legal fees in the event of a dispute.

Entire Agreement:

Entire Agreement: This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.

By purchasing and using ‘The Roadmap’, the Licensee agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions. The Licensor reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the responsibility of the Licensee to review and comply with the latest version of the terms and conditions.
